Privacy Policy
1. Introduction and website operator
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when you visit nexrdev.com (the “website”).
The website is operated by an individual under the brand name NextR Development, based in New York, United States. NextR Development is a personally operated brand. It is not a company or any other separate legal entity. The website is a noncommercial personal portfolio.
2. Information collected through the website
The website does not ask you for personal information. It has no accounts, sign-in, registration, contact forms, comments, newsletter, or payments, and the website’s own code does not send information about you to the operator or to anyone else.
If you choose to email nextrhelp@gmail.com, your message, your email address, and anything you include in the message will be received in that email account and used to read and reply to you.
3. Browser storage and cookies
Cookies set by the website. The website does not set any cookies.
Browser storage. Apart from your browser’s normal caching of the website’s files, the website does not store anything in your browser. It does not use session storage, local storage, IndexedDB, or similar technologies.
Security cookies from the hosting provider. Cloudflare, which hosts the website, may set cookies that are strictly necessary for security, for example to check that traffic comes from a real browser. These cookies are part of Cloudflare’s service and are not used by the website for any other purpose. Cloudflare describes them in its cookie documentation.
4. Hosting and technical information
The website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. When you visit, your browser connects to Cloudflare’s network, which processes technical information needed to deliver, secure, and operate the website. This typically includes your IP address, browser and device information, the address of the page you requested, and the date and time of the request.
Cloudflare handles this information under its own privacy policy. Cloudflare may make aggregated traffic statistics, such as the number of requests, available to the operator. The operator does not use them to identify individual visitors.
5. Website analytics
The website does not use analytics. It does not include Cloudflare Web Analytics, Google Analytics, advertising, tracking pixels, or social media plugins. If privacy-focused analytics are added in the future, this policy will be updated before they are enabled.
6. Third-party services
All fonts, scripts, and images are served from the website itself. The website does not load content from other websites, such as embedded videos, maps, externally hosted fonts, or social media content.
The third-party services involved are:
- Cloudflare, which hosts and delivers the website, as described above.
- Google, only if you send an email: the contact address is a Gmail account, so messages are also processed by Google under its privacy policy.
7. NEXUS and external destinations
NEXUS is a private workspace available exclusively to authorized personnel. It is not publicly available yet. The NEXUS link on the website currently opens an information page on this website, which collects no information. Before it launches, NEXUS will have its own privacy and access policies.
This policy links to websites run by others, such as Cloudflare and Google. Those websites have their own privacy policies.
8. Data retention and security
The website does not keep a database of visitors. Emails you send remain in the operator’s email account, and you may ask for your correspondence to be deleted at any time. Technical information processed by Cloudflare is retained according to Cloudflare’s own policies.
The website is served over HTTPS and uses security settings that restrict it to loading files from its own address. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but reasonable care is taken to protect the website and any correspondence.
9. Privacy rights and inquiries
Depending on where you live, you may have rights over your personal information, such as the right to access, correct, or delete it, or to object to how it is used. Because the website itself does not collect personal information, most requests will concern email correspondence. To make a request or ask a question, email nextrhelp@gmail.com.
Questions about information processed by Cloudflare can also be directed to Cloudflare. You may also have the right to complain to the data protection authority where you live.
The website is not directed at children and does not knowingly collect information from them.
10. Policy updates
If this policy changes, the updated version will be published on this page with a new “Last updated” date.
