1. About NextR Development
nexrdev.com (the “website”) is a noncommercial personal portfolio operated by an individual under the brand name NextR Development, based in New York, United States. NextR Development is a personally operated brand, not a company or other separate legal entity.
The website does not offer paid services, accept clients, sell products, or take payments. Visiting the website does not create a client, contractual, or professional relationship. These terms describe the conditions for using the website.
2. Permitted website use
You are welcome to view the website, read its content, and share links to it. Please do not:
- attempt to disrupt, overload, or interfere with the website or its hosting;
- attempt to bypass security measures or gain access to restricted areas, including NEXUS, without authorization;
- use the website in a way that is unlawful or misrepresents an affiliation with NextR Development.
3. Ownership of original website content
The original text, visual design, and graphics created for the website are the work of the operator of NextR Development, who keeps the rights they hold in that work. You may share links to the website and quote brief passages with attribution. For any other reuse of the original content or design, please ask first.
These terms do not claim ownership of third-party software, fonts, or other licensed materials described below.
4. Third-party software, fonts, and licenses
The website uses materials created by others, under their own licenses:
- Mona Sans, copyright 2022 The Mona Sans Project Authors, with Reserved Font Name “Mona”, licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 (license text).
- Fraunces, copyright 2020 The Fraunces Project Authors, licensed under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 (license text). The font file served by the website has been reduced to the characters and styles it needs, as the license permits.
- GSAP (GreenSock Animation Platform), copyright GreenSock, used under the GSAP Standard License. Its copyright notices are kept in the website’s code and in the third-party license list.
The website is built with open-source tools, including Vite and TypeScript. Third-party materials remain the property of their owners and are governed by their own licenses.
5. Portfolio information and demonstrations
The website is provided for general information and as a portfolio of work. Descriptions, demonstrations, and animations illustrate that work and may be simplified, incomplete, or out of date. Nothing on the website is professional advice or an offer to provide services.
6. NEXUS restricted workspace
NEXUS is a private workspace available exclusively to authorized personnel. It is not publicly available yet, and the NEXUS link currently opens an information page. Seeing or following the link does not grant access to NEXUS. Access to NEXUS will be governed by its own terms and policies.
7. Website availability and changes
The website is provided as it is and as it is available. Its content and features may change, and the website may be updated, suspended, or removed at any time. It is not guaranteed to be uninterrupted or free of errors.
8. External links
The website and its policies link to websites run by others. Those websites are not controlled by NextR Development, which is not responsible for their content or practices.
